In New Zealand, they put up bleeding billboards to emphasis on what can happen when you drive wrecklessly in the rain, and other dangerous conditions.

The person on the billboard bleeds when it rains, and returns to normal after wards.

I really like the idea. The message is powerful but maybe it’s too gruesome?
